Capital Extension, a heavy equipment holding company, announced the acquisition of All County Crane & Rigging, a commercial crane and rigging company based in Long Island, NY.

All County has served customers in the New York metropolitan area and beyond for over 10 years. The company has a variety of cranes available for rent and offers 24 hour emergency service. All County employs NYS and NCCCO-certified operators and is a certified vendor for NYC public schools.

While they specialize in HVAC equipment rigging, the company has a range of experience hoisting everything from priceless art to vintage planes. All County also boats an NYS approved apprenticeship program.
