Capital Extension Crane & Lift Acquires TDS Erectors & Crane Service

(MEMPHIS, TENN., AUGUST 7, 2023) Capital Extension, a heavy equipment holding company, announced the acquisition of TDS Erectors & Crane Service, a leading heavy equipment rental and fabrication company based in Ashdown, AR.

TDS Crane has served customers in Arkansas and beyond for over 50 years. TDS has a variety of heavy equipment for rent including cranes, boom trucks, forklifts, scissor lifts. The company employs NCCCO-certified crane operators in order to ensure optimal results.

TDS offers commercial fabrication and welding services in Little Rock and the surrounding areas. TDS has a 70,000+ sq ft climate control industrial storage facility in Texarkana that serves a range of commercial clients.
